Photo Shoot · Sa Coma
Sa Coma is one of the most popular family resorts on Mallorca's east coast – a long sandy beach, calm clear water and a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The perfect setting for natural, authentic holiday photos.
Sa Coma sits between S'Illot and Cala Millor on Mallorca's sunny east coast, sharing the same beautiful long sandy beach. The water is calm and shallow, the beach well-maintained, and the atmosphere genuinely relaxed. It's the kind of place where you can be yourselves – and that's exactly what makes for the best holiday photos.
We come to you on your beach at Sa Coma. No travelling, no transfers, no stress. Just golden light, calm sea and your best holiday memories captured forever.

From your first message to your finished photos – here's how the day unfolds.
Tell us your preferred date and what you have in mind. We'll confirm availability quickly and answer any questions you have.
Sa Coma's beach is easy to reach and there's plenty of parking nearby. We agree on a meeting spot and get started without any fuss.
Sa Coma is noticeably quieter than its neighbour Cala Millor, which means more beach to ourselves and more freedom to explore. No posing, no stress – just natural moments and great photos.

Sa Coma may be smaller than Cala Millor, but it has its own distinct beauty and a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere.
A beautiful wide sandy beach with clear turquoise water and a relaxed atmosphere. Less visited than Cala Millor, which means more space and a more natural, uncrowded feel for your photos.
Sandy BeachThe rocky coastal edge where Sa Coma meets Cala Millor offers a more dramatic, textured setting. Rocky ledges, clear water and a sense of space – ideal for portraits with a bit more character.
Rocky CoastPine trees and Mediterranean scrub come right down to the coast at Sa Coma, creating a lush, colourful frame for beach portraits. The green against the blue water is striking in the morning light.
NaturalSa Coma faces east, which means spectacular sunrises. The early morning sky above the sea, reflected on the wet sand, creates a magical atmosphere that's almost impossible to replicate at other times of day.

What is an image look? An image look is the final colour and style edit of your photos – the mood, the colours, contrasts and the overall character of the image.
Was very impressed by their professionalism and would definitely recommend Urlauba Shooting for any photographer needs. Jessica did an amazing job making sure we got the perfect photos.
From the moment of the 1st contact until the final delivery of the photos everything went super smooth. Dirk is professional, fast in responding, knows very good shooting spots on the Island, was open for our ideas and shot exactly what we wanted. We got very beautiful family photos and love them as a memory for this very special holiday (our little daughters 1st time at the beach). Full recommendation!
Talented , easy going , professional photographer who will make you feel comfortable during the session and of course will leave every client satisfied with loads of amazing pictures. Very quick with editing so very soon you can enjoy your new photographies 🥰
Both are on the same long stretch of east coast beach, but Sa Coma is noticeably quieter and less developed. It has a more natural, relaxed feel with more green vegetation coming down to the coast. Cala Millor has more facilities and a longer promenade. For photography, Sa Coma often wins on atmosphere – fewer people and a more natural backdrop.
Absolutely – they're right next to each other and we can easily move between the two within a single session. Starting in Sa Coma for the quieter, more natural spots and then heading to Cala Millor for the promenade and beach bar atmosphere works particularly well.
Sa Coma is particularly popular for families – the relaxed atmosphere, the calm water and the lack of crowds make it ideal for natural, candid family photography. It also works very well for couples who want a beautiful beach without the busier resort feel of Cala Millor.
Sa Coma faces east, so sunrise is spectacular here. An early morning shoot catches the best light and the quietest beach. The hours after sunrise are also excellent before the sun gets too high. We'll advise you on timing based on the time of year and your preferences.
Your professionally edited photos will be ready in your personal online gallery on the same day as the shoot. You'll receive a link by email and can download and share your images straight away – no waiting around.
Sa Coma sits quietly beside its more famous neighbour Cala Millor, and that contrast is exactly what makes it special for holiday photography. The beach is wide and sandy with clear turquoise water, but without the promenade crowds and beach-bar rows that come with Cala Millor in high summer. The result is a more natural, more spacious setting where you can really relax and let the photos happen.
The green coastal vegetation at Sa Coma is also unusual for Mallorca's east coast – pine trees and Mediterranean scrub come right down to the beach in places, framing the sand and water in a way that's genuinely beautiful. Combined with the east-facing sunrise views and the dramatic rocky edge towards Cala Millor, Sa Coma offers a quietly varied range of backdrops that rewards anyone who takes the time to explore it.
We have been shooting at Sa Coma since 2009 and know it as an ideal choice for families who want a relaxed, beautiful beach session without the hustle of the larger resorts. Whether you're planning a sunrise session, a morning family shoot or a quiet couple portrait session, Sa Coma delivers. And your photos will be in your gallery on the very same day.
