Everything You Need to Know About Your Mallorca Shoot.

You book via our contact form or by WhatsApp. We confirm the appointment and sort out the location, time and details together. On the day, we come to you at the beach – no transfer, no stress. The shoot takes 30–90 minutes depending on your package. That same day you receive a link to your private online gallery with all the photos.

The S package takes around 30–45 minutes, the M around 60–75 minutes, and the XXL around 90 minutes. We always plan in a little extra time – nobody should feel rushed.

The golden hour – 60–90 minutes before sunset – is the most beautiful time for vacation photos on Mallorca. The light is warm, soft and flattering. We'll coordinate the exact time with you when booking.

Not at all. We don't work with posed shots. We follow you, observe, and capture real moments. Anyone who feels nervous usually relaxes completely after 10–15 minutes – we've seen this hundreds of times.

All photos are available for download on the day of the shoot – usually within a few hours. The edited favourite photos (after your selection) will be ready within a maximum of 3 days.

You receive all shots from the shoot as downloads – usually 80–200+ unedited photos. In addition, we professionally edit a set number of your favourites: 10 in the S, 25 in the M, 60 in the XXL.

You do! After downloading and browsing all the raw shots, you pick your favourites and send us the file names. We then edit exactly those photos.

High-resolution JPG files, optimised for printing and digital use. The photos are large enough for posters, photo books and all social media platforms.

Yes, of course! All photos may be used for private and social media purposes. For commercial use (advertising, sales, brand identity) we recommend the XXL package which includes commercial usage rights.

We offer three packages: S (€170), M (€200) and XXL (€400). All packages include all raw photos for download and a private online gallery. The difference lies in the number of edited favourite photos and additional services.

Via the booking form on the website, by email to mail@mallorca-urlaubs-shooting.com, or by WhatsApp. We respond within 12 hours and sort out all the details with you.

The sooner the better – especially during peak season (July, August) when slots fill up fast. Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible but not guaranteed. We recommend booking at least 2–4 weeks in advance.

Yes, to confirm your appointment we ask for a deposit. The exact amount and payment details will be confirmed with you at the time of booking.

Cancellations up to 72 hours before the shoot are free of charge. For last-minute cancellations (under 24 hours) or no-shows, the deposit is non-refundable. Details can be found in our Terms & Conditions.

Yes! We come directly to your holiday beach. Just give us your location (hotel or beach) and we'll coordinate on-site. No transfer needed.

We cover the whole island – from Cala Millor and Cala Rajada in the east, to Alcúdia and Playa de Muro in the north, to Palma, Es Trenc and Paguera in the south and southwest. All 14 locations at a glance.

Light cloud cover is no problem – diffused light is often even better for photos. In the event of heavy rain or storms, we'll reschedule flexibly to another day during your holiday. You won't lose anything.

Yes! If you have a specific location in mind, just let us know. If you're unsure, we're happy to recommend the best beach for your holiday area and the style you're looking for.

Light, muted tones work best at the beach – white, cream, light blue, beige. Busy patterns can be distracting. Light summer dresses, linen trousers, simple T-shirts – anything you feel comfortable in. No style pressure.

Yes! The M and XXL packages include an outfit change. This gives you two different moods within one shoot.

That's entirely up to you. Natural daylight works really well with natural make-up too. One tip: sunscreen is not a make-up killer – we work with natural light, not against it.
